The study of physics will aid you no matter what field you choose to enter.  Physics is the study of energy and matter (the stuff of the universe).  The goal of physics is to use mathematical models to understand the world around us.  The problem solving, mathematical, and scientific skills you will develop in this class will help you deal with any situation life throws at you.  The content you learn will help you become a scientifically literate citizen.
